CCR, Inc. offers foreclosure prevention programs to help homeowners who have defaulted, or are in danger of mortgage default and are in danger of foreclosure.
We offer a safe and confidential setting where clients can discuss illness, income reduction, unemployment, or any other cause of the default, without shame or guilt. By providing these families with counseling, we can help them avoid foreclosure and stay in their homes and preserve home values and stability in the surrounding community. We also provide resources for those families when displacement is unavoidable.
